Hey There!
I’m a Black wellness advocate, writer, and provider who has spent over a decade learning about, researching, and educating others based on individuals’ lived experiences of diverse populations.
Healing is a journey written with courage and self-compassion
I am the founder of Sondercove Wellness, a mental health and recovery organization dedicated to supporting individuals navigate the complexities of mental health and substance use recovery. With years of experience in holistic care and peer support, I’m passionate about creating spaces for reflection, growth, and healing. My work is rooted in community care and self-discovery.
I am committed to empowering people to embrace their personal growth, resilience, and self-compassion. As a writer and advocate, I believe in creating meaningful connections that foster healing and transformation. My book, Beyond the Noise of Societal Demands, encourages readers to find their own path and voice amidst the chaos.
I believe that healing is a journey that requires embracing vulnerability and self-compassion. My motto these days is “Growth over fear.” I try to stay grounded in gratitude, and I believe that finding strength in our stories is key to transformation.
And no, I don’t think you have to choose between hustle and rest. I believe in doing life on your own terms, with purpose, humor, and a little bit of rebellion when necessary.
